30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your RybTools bag. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund the price you paid.

How to return an item

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, with the email address you ordered with and the reason for the return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before this.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, if possible in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, or proof that you have sent it, we will refund you within 14 days to the payment method you used. Refunds are made through our payment provider, Whop; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If you bought more than one bag, you can return one or all of them. We refund the amount you paid for the bags you send back.

Return postage

If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay for the return. Otherwise the cost of sending it back is yours, so we recommend a tracked service.

Exchanges and replacements

If your bag arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will replace it or refund you, as you prefer.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under UK law, and nothing in this policy affects them:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund.
